The shifting moods of the electorate are mirrored in the results of the surveys on the presidential and vice presidential preferences in the May 10 elections by the country’s leading pollsters, Social Weather Stations and Pulse Asia, from late last year up to end of February. With two months to go before D-Day, Noynoy Aquino and Manny Villar are locked in a neck-and-neck battle.
